Privacy Policy
I value your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how I handle data across the ext.plus ecosystem of browser extensions and applications.
1. Zero Server-Side Data Collection
The core philosophy behind ext.plus is local-first computing. My utilities operate strictly within your local browser sandbox. I do not run databases that store your scraped data, browser history, clipboard items, or active webpage documents.
2. Data Processing and Local Storage
Any configuration, subscription state, or custom preferences are saved locally on your machine via standard Web Storage APIs (e.g., localStorage, chrome.storage.local). This data remains on your hardware and is never synced to external servers, except when you explicitly initiate purchase licensing recovery.
3. Third-Party Authentication & Payments
To manage license synchronization across devices, I use Google Sign-In for authentication and Dodo Payments for license checkout:
- Google Accounts: When you sign in, I receive your verified email address. This is used solely to identify your account and grant access to paid tiers.
- Dodo Payments: All transactions are securely handled by Dodo Payments. Card numbers, bank details, and payment histories are never visible to or processed by my servers.
4. Contact
If you have any questions about this local-first policy, contact me at support@ext.plus.
